By workday, I am a licensed clinical social worker (who first obtained a Ph.D. to conduct research and teach) and a second-year law student. During my alone time, I write and am the author of the children's books GOODBYE, SCHOOL (Magination Press, 2019) and HOME (Magination Press, 2022); the psychological thriller short story "Misreadings," which is part of the anthology STRONGLY WORDED WOMEN (Not a Pipe Publishing, 2018); and co-author of TRANSFORMING ADHD (New Harbinger Publications, 2017).
I value integrity, connection, compassion, kindness, adventure, courage, a willingness to make mistakes, and playfulness. I want to live, and to help others to live, a rich, full and meaningful life.
May you find my sharing of resources, research and reflection of use.

Great perspective! Kindness is so important and yet easy to forget in the daily hurricane of daily responsibilities.
